Warranty

Are products are designed to last. However, all SOLEM products have a 3-year warranty (with the exception of accessories and spare parts).

Data Backup

To limit the risk of data loss, our servers perform a backup every 6 hours.

MySOLEM App and Platform are free and available 24/7* to manage any SOLEM product remotely and to ensure optimal control.
